Amazon Prime Day Concert- A Perfect Mix of Brand and Music
On July 11, we won tickets to attend the Amazon Prime Day Concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Becky G, and SZA headlined this exclusive concert for Amazon Prime members, with hosts Jane Lynch and Tyler Oakley, who came together for this iconic celebration. Amazon celebrates Prime day every July, and this year, they decided to stage an A-list concert to kick off the annual members-only shopping extravaganza. Branded signage transformed Hammerstein Ballroom into an Amazon Prime destination for the kick-off event.From the beginning of the night, it was clear that Amazon wanted to create a truly immersive and intimate experience for their most loyal consumers. Consumers were able to enjoy many branded photo moments, customizable merch, food and beverage, and an interactive concert, merging brand and experience into one. Amazon seamlessly integrated its products into the show, which were utilized to control various technological elements such as sound and lighting. This integration allowed Amazon to showcase brand products seamlessly to promote them to consumers.Host Jane Lynch excitedly and energetically shared her experiences with prime products during the show, further underscoring the brand and product in the event. Co-host Tyler Oakley interacted with attendees, asking them about the performers, and running mini-contests for the audience. The winners received special Amazon gift bags and merch. Promo videos for the new seasons of Amazon’s popular hits shows such as Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Jack Ryan, introduced by surprise guest stars, were debuted.Dua Lipa, Becky G, Sza and Taylor Swift gave incredible live performances that kept the audience dancing the whole night. A-List celebrities and influencers also attended the event, taking part in the intimate concert experience. Having global superstar Taylor Swift headline the show was a great choice, as she was able to promote the event to her millions of fans, thus exposing them to the Amazon brand. We left the experience with an incredible connection with the Amazon brand, and memories we would never forget. It was a great way to bring an immersive experience to life while seamlessly integrating music mega-stars and brand products into a perfectly executed experiential event!
