Light the Night Walk
Concept
In October 2017, we teamed up with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help produce their three-part Light the Night event series in New York City. From a lively concert featuring Robin Thicke to a powerful display of colorful lanterns, local communities joined together to celebrate those who have been affected by blood cancer. We planned and executed every aspect of the series, including site coordination, route construction, sponsorships, and logistical oversight.
Our Role
For this project we handled all three venue logstics, permitting, production, security and onsite management and onsite production.
