Nike US Open Athlete Lounge
The Story
Nike wanted to create an elevated and interactive space for Nike athletes to try on their gear ahead of the US Open tennis tournament. We worked with Nike and project partner Throwing Star Collective to produce a custom US Open athlete lounge at Nike’s NYC HQ.
Inspired by the colorful design of this year’s uniforms and Queens, the home of the US Open, the lounge embodied an elevated NYC subway aesthetic, featuring classic subway tile wall decals, a subway car photo moment, turnstiles, and a local graffiti artist customizing tote bags for the athletes. We handled production, printing, and fabrication to bring this themed space to life
