Hallmark Countdown to Christmas Activation
Concept
We paired up with the Hallmark Channel in 2016 for another awe-inspiring holiday activation. This year, Hallmark Channel brought the holiday cheer to the South Street Seaport Historic District in Lower Manhattan. New Yorkers were greeted with a decorative outdoor lounge featuring comfortable seating within a series of holiday vignettes, artificial snowfall and cups of piping hot chocolate. Brand ambassadors were on hand to engage with guests, take photos and promote the network’s ‘Countdown to Christmas’ holiday movie lineup. The annual South Street Seaport tree lighting was further amplified by a captivating Hallmark Channel projection-mapping light show featured across the façade of the historic Seaport buildings and set to the tune of Mariah Carey’s classic holiday anthem ‘All I want for Christmas is You’. Hallmark Channel guests were also delighted with a tented VIP cocktail party where they could watch the festivities with prime view.
