CBGB Music & Film Festival

To promote an iconic New York City brand that served as the birthplace of modern punk music, and a venue that launched the careers of many A-list artists including the Ramones, the Talking Heads, Blondie and hundreds of other talented artists.

iDEKO Productions was proud to serve as executive director of the festival, and facilitate all aspects of production, artist/rider management, vendor coordination, custom fabrication, and staffing.

On October 12, 2014, iDEKO produced the third-annual CBGB Music and Film Festival, a six-block celebration spanning Broadway from 47th to 53rd streets in Times Square. The festival featured two main stages with headliners Jane’s Addiction, Devo, and Robert Delong. This year’s CBGB extravaganza also incorporated two acoustic stages, as well as activations and activities for families of all ages. Food stations, art booths, non-profit dedications, arcade games, rock climbing walls, make-your-own-cupcake, and a smashing-pumpkins booth were some of the highlights from the festival.
